For my advanced animation course, I did part of a speech from The Great Dictator. My goal was to portray a feeling of inspiration, using strong body language and utilizing the accents of the speech. At first, I ran into problems with over exaggeration in which the character was hardly ever still to highlight the big poses and accents. Luckily this was right at the beginning stages and was fixed simply by pulling back the movement in the root. The other challenges I faced was making sure the arms hit all the arcs they could, as well as avoiding any twinning that might occur. Enjoy!
